Email signup and email capture are disabled on this website. The available First Layer Check sheet can be downloaded directly without providing an email address. This release does not enroll visitors in email campaigns or send resource or marketing emails. Email activation requires a separate review. Systeme.io is our configured email service; disabling website signup does not itself erase earlier provider records or change existing unsubscribe preferences.
Olive matches your interests to our catalog in your browser. Its search text is not sent to an external AI service or stored by the website application. Optional first-party analytics, event recording and added outbound campaign tracking are disabled for this release. The website application does not create analytics session identifiers while analytics is disabled. A session-storage entry from an earlier visit may remain in an already-open browser tab until cleared or the tab is closed. This is separate from hosting and security processing.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and traffic or security information to provide those services. Hosting and protection may involve cookies or other technical processing; this policy does not promise a cookie-free website. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include, and use it to respond to your request. Email handling involves the services used to send and receive that message. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
We do not sell personal information. Service providers process information needed to operate the website and handle communications. Information may also be disclosed where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or protection of legal rights. Product and social links take you to other services, including Amazon, Etsy and social platforms, which apply their own privacy practices. Following a link sends a request to that service; a website click alone does not give us complete marketplace purchase information.
Our adopted retention policy is to keep event, delivery and operational logs for no more than 30 days, unless longer retention is technically necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or troubleshooting. Inactive marketing records are to be removed or anonymized after 12 months where operationally possible and legally appropriate. We preserve only the minimum suppression or unsubscribe information necessary to prevent accidental contact with people who opted out. Deleted-user information is to be removed or anonymized from active systems where technically and legally possible. Implementation across existing records and provider systems is still being verified; these periods are not a claim that every existing record has already been deleted or that automatic deletion is in place. We do not promise deletion from third-party backups, provider systems or immutable logs where that capability has not been verified.

We review requests under applicable requirements and may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your records. We preserve existing suppression choices; this release does not reactivate subscriptions. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
The website and Lane & Legacy products are intended for a general adult audience. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and arrange removal where technically and legally possible.
